December 2-3 | 6:00 pm | Lock-in at Youth Center

GLOW is a local student conference for grades 6-12 at Adaumont Farm, 4941 Finch Farm Road in Trinity. Put on by Archdale United Methodist, the leader is a fellow student minister from my youth minister network. The event will include exciting worship as we celebrate God’s Light on the World, three great speakers, music led by Cooper’s Wrench, time at the farm with inflatables, corn hole, games, food and drinks, and more! We will combine this conference with a lock-in at the church. And as our custom with lock-ins, we will play underground church!

Cost is $20 per person and includes a 2016 GLOW T-shirt, GLOW goody bag, transportation, breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Sign up by Sunday, November 20. There will be merchandise and snacks at the farm that students may want to have spending money for. Arrive at FBC at 6 p.m. on Friday. (Eat before arriving. FYI, there will be snacks at church after the service). Pickup will be at 6 p.m. on Saturday.

SERVICE GIFT: Please bring cereal bars, cups of soup, pop tarts, microwavable meal cups, soups, and any other canned goods. The pantry currently has green beans and corn but few of other canned vegetables.

We will need plenty of chaperones, so if you are interested in helping, please contact Michael Stamey at 336-848-0864.
